Friends, everything I do or say is PR.  After creating a new Official World Record in the category "Maximum Number of Public Relations Blogs by An Individual" on the occasion of India's 78th Independence Day - August 15, 2024, my journey continues.  Friends’ I'm delighted to share my 160^th blog titled "A Symphony of Words ~ Where Words Meet Culture" sharing my first-hand experience at Arunachal Literary Festival 6th Edition.  

Friends’ The 6th Arunachal Literature Festival, themed "A New Dawn of Literature, held from November 13-15, 2024, at D.K. Convention Centre in Itanagar, has come to a close, leaving behind a trail of mesmerizing memories and inspiring conversations. 

Festival Highlights:
The festival was inaugurated by Honorable Governor Lt. Gen. Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd). I had the pleasure of presenting my latest (4th) book on PR & Event Mgmt. to the Hon'ble Governor Sir during the inaugural ceremony in the august presence of state’s Home Minister, Minister (IPR) and Secretary (IPR)..

Sessions: Over 22 sessions featuring over 75 authors, writers, poets, and storytellers.
    - 9 sessions on wide-ranging topics
    - 2 storytelling sessions
    - 1 short stories reading session
    - 1 poetry recitation session
    - 2 workshops (comic illustration and screenwriting)
    - 1 prose reading session
    - 4 meet-the-author sessions
    - 2 children's storytelling corners
The festival was attended by hundreds of people, including students, academicians, people having interest in literature, media and government officials.

Celebrating Arunachal's Literary Spirit:
ALF6th edition aimed to preserve and promote literature, regional, national and global, offering a platform for established and emerging authors  from around the globe, to share their work. With reflections published in The Arunachal Times, the festival highlighted the importance of literature in shaping the region's cultural identity.

Organizational Success:
Kudos to the team of volunteers and organizers, led by Sh. Yeshe Dorjee Thongchi, President, and Padmashree Awardee Mamang Dai, Advisor Arunachal Pradesh Literary Society, Sh. Nyali Ete, IAS, Secretary IPR, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh and his team of officials and staff for ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees. Their efforts included receiving speakers at the airport etc., comfortable accommodation at hotels, and efficient transportation to and from the venue.

A Lasting Legacy:
The 6th Arunachal Literature Festival concluded on November 15 with a vote of thanks by Sh. Nyali Ete, IAS, Secretary IPR, over high tea for all participants. As the curtains closed, the festival's impact will continue to resonate, inspiring both old and new generation of writers, authors, and literature enthusiasts.

Friends, the 6th Arunachal Literature Festival was a remarkable symphony of words, ideas, and creativity, leaving a lasting legacy in the hearts of all who attended.
